What is Kinesiology Coaching?

Kinesiology is more than simply fixing issues and rebalancing harmony. Everyone can benefit from unlocking and balancing unresolved stress and trauma. However, we have the opportunity to take ourselves beyond this.

The Advanced Life Development Program goes beyond mending our wounds, and rather expands, generates, and makes manifest our highest potential. Humans were not envisioned to stay on a path of stagnant homeostasis. We are here to grow exponentially and make our wildest desires come to life.

For the persistent and unrelentless goal setter, or a doer who just can't figure out what they want... the Advanced Life Development Program will meet you where you're currently positioned in life, and illuminate your path forward with clarity, motivation and guidance.

Growth is driven by two human motivations: the aversion to pain and suffering (the proverbial stick), and the attraction to opportunity and please (the proverbial carrot). 

How often do we see people unhappy in their life, yet do nothing about it? This is because their soul knows there is more for them, but their unresolved blockages are holding them back. Most people will go through life in a reactive state, not taking liberating (and necessary) action towards the life they desire. However, your higher self knows your true potential, and therefore staying in stagnation creates an energy of resistance which will ultimately lead to stress and disease. Change can only be delayed, it cannot be avoided. We can make the decision FOR change in our lives, or the change will happen TO you. 

The 5 session program will facilitate a journey beyond your comfort zone as we will uncover and embrace the changes needed to proactively expand your current state. We will gather a comprehensive overview of your current and desired life, then utilise the wonders of Kinesiology to drive change through engaging passion, enhancing neuroplasticity, and stepping out of survival states.
