My names Sarah, and I’m a self proclaimed human potential enthusiast and aspiring resonance woman. An energy medicine kinesiologist, reiki practitioner and Registered Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Kinesiologists Ltd (AIK Ltd) and the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), with a history as a high-school teacher, pilates instructor, and personal trainer. I’m also a wife, French bulldog mum, IFBB bodybuilder and plant-based athlete. 

I grew up in Brisbane in a single parent household that was heavily centred around masculine profitability and success. My life was driven by unconscious demand to be successful to feel loved. I give many thanks to this conditioning because it instilled me with an incredible work ethic and determination. However, it wasn’t until I found kinesiology that I realised this lifestyle wasn’t motivated by passion but rather fear. It felt earth shattering to realise that the self-proclaimed “human potential enthusiast” was really a scared inner child always trying to find worthiness and validation from society. 

I have found courage in the vulnerability to identify the deeper part of self, but I have found greater healing in sharing this with others and supporting them on their own healing journey back to reclaiming the innate worthiness of themselves.

I believe we are all on a journey home to self, all on different parts of the path holding guiding lights home for each other. 

I invite you into the wonderful world of ancient wisdom through kinesiology. It is with the greatest honour to be on your healing journey with you.
